We stayed for 2 nights. Home was well stocked and cleaned. Felt very comfortable. On our way to finding the home Mapquest took us through a very rough looking neighborhood but don’t worry the actual neighborhood of the home is nice. Definitely recommend!

A great spacious place. A nice neighborhood! Rooms were very nice and kitchen had everything we need. The only things missing were dishwasher pods and a trash can in the master bedroom. One of the drawer things was broken in the master bedroom, but we just took pictures of it just in case.

this place is not small! The house is huge. The rooms are big. The theater room is excellent. Host is always responsive. Had one issue with some lights not working they instantly sent over a maintenance guy who fixed the lights for us. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again with them of in n the area

Family of 5 w/ 3 kids, 7-12 stayed for 3 weeks. Loved size of home and pool. It was amazing to spread out and relax in the pool after moving in from out of state and waiting for our home to be ready. Would def stay again as staycation or when more family/friends visit because home is HUGE!

Amazing place to stay with kids! We have a 10 year old to a 10 month old and they all had something to do! The baby gated area was great! The only TV we could get to work was in the movie room, but we also don't watch a lot of TV so it didn't bother us to much, I just normally have it on for background noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything. Drive in is a little sketchy but once you get in the neighborhood it is nice. Next door neighborhood isn’t bad, just a lot of old RVs/mobile homes. One way in is through that neighborhood and the other side in is through a newer neighborhood. Fry’s grocery store is the beater and so is Tailgaters for dinner! Definitely would book again! Pool was amazing, huge house and kids loved the movie Theater

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
